Today I had to completely improvise on my running partner as my german shepherd Bandit would not read enough to run so instead I ran with Ellie my little Maltipoo! 🐶🐶
But besides that had a great workout as the weather outside was ah-amazing!So today I ran 2.5 miles and focused on the core with 250 sit-ups and then did 15 minutes on the stair master at the gym! Overall it's been a great workout! It was great to run at the lake as it felt great with the wind blowing in my hair and everything! Ended the workout at the gym as I have to do that stair master because it works out EVERYTHING!! Without further ado I have my top songs 🎼🎼from tonight's workout!!
