Today on the blog sharing my favorite green smoothie recipe!!

1 oz Strawberry
1 oz Pineapples
4 oz Milk/Almond Milk
1/2 Cup of Spinach
1 Scoop of Protein Powder
1/2 Cup of Ice
Bonus- Add Collagen Powder/Blueberries for amazing skin benefits!!
I love Smoothies as an option for my busy life! It's great as meal replacement option and also before it after a workout!
I personally use bigger portions as I love to make 2 servings so I will have one for later! 

Add the ice and fruit-(organic frozen fruit is amazing 🙌🙌)
Then add the Protein Powder- my current favorite Powder is Vanilla Vega Powder. Thus Powder is my favorite since it has greens in the Powder as well. 
Then add the spinach it's easier for it to be on top as the frozen ingredients need to be mixed first then stir in the spinach!

Also recommend adding more fruit as you please to sweeten up the smoothie!
