Fall Workout Essentials👟

I have been running for several years and the season that I have the most difficult with is winter and portions of fall because of the cold temperature.  So I  have compiled a couple of running essentials that will make a big difference in your working out routine. Besides having a good sweatshirt and headphones these other essentials are a good idea to check out!

This sweatshirt is soft and comfy and good for cooler degrees. If it's super cold I recommend layering this hoody with a vest.

D. Bluetooth Blue Hat 

This hat is perfect for running and by far the best invention  and investment for runners. It even comes in a headband version The only con is that you have to be careful of getting the hat wet.


E. North Face Vest- Red Vest
I have this same vest in White and also the Patagonia version which is a light weight version.

F. Bluetooth tracker

This is a good tracker for all of your daily steps and is not expensive at all.

to help with chapped skin. I got it from my ipsy bag last month and love it!  Also Burt's Bees is good for chapped lips.

I love to run and these are some of my favorite running essentials as I hate the cold and all of these suggestions work marvelously!
