I took a short road trip home to see my family and it was so nice!! I am all around a daddys girl and I am glad i was able to have great father daughter time wth him. Sometimes you can get so caught up in being an adult that it's so refreshing to spend the witb your dad and feel like a little girl again.
Wouldn't trade it for the world. We all watched the Olympic Trials and cheered for our favorite athlete! It reminded me of being a little first grader flipping around my parents living room while watching the gymnastics portion of the Olympics. Lol! Good times!!!
So glad I too the trip as I feel like my soul has refilled with that special kind of love that only your closest family can fill!
