Top Beachside🏖 Book Picks 📚

Hey y'all,

I have been MIA for the past week as I was celebrating my sisters birthday with a cute vacay getaway to the beach! I have been in need of rest and it is so important to rest to avoid burnout! So believe me when I say I soaked up every minute of beach time as I could!! 

Without further ado I am sharing my favorite books to read poolside and beachside and even just inside!

1.The Year of Yes by Shonda Rhimes

This book I read by the pool and couldn't put it down and even read it on the flight back to Dallas. I am a die hard TGIT FAN so I was all in on reading this book!  I felt like I was reading a behind the scenes look at the creators life and its amazing to read. It's almost like it's a mixup of Cristina Yang/Olivia with a spruce of Annalise Keating! The creator behind all of these shows are her own personal narrative about how she set about intentionally changing her life!! #gamechanger

2. You are a Badass by Jen Sincero 

This book I actually have listened to it on audio and its amazing because it's actually the author herself reading the book! Its very easy to understand and focuses on breaking up the subconscious blocks that we catty around that keeps us from being successful!

I'm Currently reading YOU ARE A BADASS AT MAKING MONEY as well! This is great for all of my badass blogger babes it is just as good as the other BADASS book for changing your viewpoint on money and how we can become wealthy!! 

3. The Last Black Unicorn by Tiffany Haddish

This book is by the famous comedian who sent the beyhive on a goose chase for the actress who bit Beyonce. Its a tale of her come up to be where she is today. It seriously sounds like her when you read it just like her character from Girls Trip! 

Great comedic motivational read!

4. #Girlboss by Sophia Amoruso

This is another top pick for all of my amazing #girlbosses out there! It tells the story of how Sophia Amoruso came to own her company #nastygal and tips for you to rock as your own #girlboss

5. I've Got My Eyes On You by Mary Higgins Clark

Lastly this New York Times Bestseller in Fiction is great if you are looking for a great murder mystery! This book is great for anyone looking to get lost in a murder mystery on the beach and is a real page turner!
